A moorish cake made with desiccated coconut and lashings of fine rum. One of the original rum cakes in the Rummanco range and still a firm favourite wherever we go.

Like our jerk chicken, our curry mutton is marinated for at least twenty-four hours. It is then cooked to perfection: tender and tasty to the very last bite. Cooked on the bone for the best in flavour, it is a delightful balance of heat and spice. A very popular choice at all our fine food markets.
