A moorish cake made with desiccated coconut and lashings of fine rum. One of the original rum cakes in the Rummanco range and still a firm favourite wherever we go.

Self raising flour; caster sugar; margarine; eggs; desiccated coconut; ground almonds; lime juice; rum.
