Cakes ordered through our online shop are available as either fruit or sponge cake. They can be personalised and couriered to mainland UK addresses at a delivery charge of £12 per cake. Alternatively, collect at one of our fine food markets.
Delivery
Please allow 15 working days from order to delivery. Delivery will be from 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Please note, we cannot specify a particular time. Also, we do not deliver on a Saturday.
You can arrange to collect your cake at one of our fine food markets. Order your cake online as normal. On collection we will reimburse you the delivery charge. Send email to enquiries@rummanco.co.uk to confirm that this is what you would like to do. Please provide the following details:
- title of cake to be purchased
- name of person who’ll be collecting
- name of market they’ll be collecting from
- collection date
Flavour
Sponge cakes are available in vanilla, lemon and chocolate. They come with two layers of buttercream filling and covered with soft icing. You can choose your filling from: vanilla, vanilla & Jam, chocolate or lemon.
Fruit cakes are made with quality Jamaican rum and covered with marzipan (optional) and soft icing.
